Good girlfriends, it is time to resolve an ongoing debate in our minds.
we know, when it comes to makeup budget, the rating goes up quickly, especially when starting with nothing and wants to start his collection. Hence several questions confront us:
Where to find good quality makeup cheap? Will I really spend € 29 in a mac powder (hmhm smells personal experience) ? As a beginner, should I start using a major brand?
Anyway, this is in response to this kind of problem I have decided to introduce brands makeup nice and affordable, that will make a difference in the wallet!
Oh and while I think: do not consider how an under-endowed of makeup if you use cheap, even the renowned gurus makeups have great deals! !
